One of the best places a techie like myself can go to on his self care night is a rare Radio Shack located in downtown New Prague, Minnesota! Their old slogan was "You got questions, we have answers." was definitely the impression I got from the guy who works at the store! He's been there for 32 years! Also very rare! In their hay day, there were over 7,000 locations. Now there are only 400 stores left and they're all independently owned. Like taking a step back in time when I walked in!

Love RadioShack and it was such a pleasant surprise to see one in our little town. Please support local companies/resellers!

One of the last ones left. It's a franchise store and it seems Monty is in the business out of love for electronics. Well stocked, and a knowledgable staff. Edit: I will give proper credit to Monty; after my prior review, he reached out to me personally to make things right. He's an owner that actually cares what the customer thinks and wants to make us happy. In 20 years of customer service I have never had an owner reach out to the customers in such a positive way. Thank you, Monty. Your dedication to the customers sets you high above the average retail establishment! Hopefully your store will endure in town!

Monty, the manager, has always been very helpful. He just showed me how to clean up my phone for extra g-bytes. I highly recommend his RadioShack store.
