Aaron is one of the best people I’ve dealt with. He’s very knowledgable and nice. I bought a computer from eBay which had a 4090 and was fully loaded. The build was terrible so it started having a lot of problems to the point where the AIO water cooler stopped working. I took it to Aaron initially thinking we’d just need to replace AIO and no big deal. He charged me his diagnosis fee which was about 85 dollars. Aaron ended up doing so much extra work on my build as it was put together so poorly and I ordered several new parts to replace. He even went and bought a new case to transfer the build to. None the less, when I picked up the computer I asked him how does this end up being worth 85 dollars. He said I didn’t expect your computer to have as many problems but atleast it was a fun project. I ended up paying 140 and even with that i still feel it’s too little for the work he’s done and his great attention to detail. We need to support more home businesses like Aaron that focus on nothing but quality and a smile on your face. I promise you he is better than any of these commercial places that will rip your pockets and not care about you.

Aaron clearly knows what he's doing when it comes to electronic repairs. During my initial phone call, he was able to quickly find a probable diagnosis for my laptop, and a few minutes after that call he was able to send me an estimate of how much repairs would cost. My only real complaint was communication. While my laptop was getting fixed, there were a few times when I was told I'd get an update by a certain time, and usually I did not. I also usually didn't hear any updates unless I sent a text to ask about them. It was a little worrying to begin with, and a little frustrating later on, though by the time my laptop was about ready to be returned communication did improve. There was some difficulty with getting parts that would work with my laptop, so unfortunately my repairs took a little over two months. During that time, however, Aaron went the extra mile with making sure my laptop had all the parts it needed to work well. As compensation for the long wait, he gave me a $100 discount (on a price that was already great for a motherboard replacement) and offered a free cleaning for a year from now. Overall, I'm happy with my choice to stop here.

Not a good experience. I used Aaron because of his good reviews. My original laptop I dropped off sat with him for months with no updates on his end unless I inquired. Eventually, I called him and he said it's not reparable. I wish he would have told me this and didn't require me to call three months after I dropped it off to find this information out. Secondly, I took him up on his offer of him recommending me a new laptop for a $100 fee. I gave him my specifications, but the one he recommended did not match what I asked for. I am going to return it. Just not a good experience at all. I am out $200 and still have to get a new laptop. I hate to give a bad review to a small business, but this was my honest experience. The lack of communication is my biggest complaint.

I had my kittens bite through the screen of my computer and didn’t have anything backed up. I took my computer first to Micro Center, which was quoting me over $700, and then took it to Gophermods which wouldn’t work on it because they said I had water damage. I felt like I was at a dead end and would lose not only a bunch of work, but everything that I love on my computer. Thank you so much for replacing my screen and getting me back to work! You are the best The best

Saved my life! Lenovo had a broken display, as soon as he got the part it was fixed in an hour! Yes the parts may be late but there is nothing He can really do about it and he was super on top of it! Nice guy! Also the screen he installed looks so much better than the one that came standard with the laptop 💻! Recommend!
