Brought my pre built PC in a few weeks ago as I was sure my PSU needed to be replaced and was on my way to microcenter when I decided to stop in at this PC shop I have always driven by. Alex took 5 min and told me it was my cooler on my CPU. This was on a Sunday at around 11am and 2 hours later I came back and he had upgraded my CPU cooler and cleaned my system up and gave me a bunch of tips. After a few weeks I have had zero critical errors which was the original issue and it is running games better than ever before. I Highly recommend taking any system in to have it looked at or have him build you a PC from scratch which is my plan for my next system.

I wish I could give more then 5 star's, my son needed his computer fixed and he couldn't do it him self I told him to find a place and he found Alex PC Tech.
