Todd helped me so quickly. My computer was totally non responsive. Nothing I did would even turn it on. Todd found the problem almost immediately, got the unit going but found it to be very slow starting up. He recommended replacing the old hard drive with a solid state hard drive. After cloning my system into the new hard drive and correcting corrupted files, Todd had the computer ready for me in less that six hours. Fantastic, amazingly quick professional service! RB has my enthusiastic recommendation to anyone needing computer repairs!!!

My computer was running EXTREMELY slow. It is my work computer and I called to see if I could bring it in same day. I was able to and they had it fixed (needed a new hard drive) the very next day! Amazingly fast and accurate service. My computer runs like brand new now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would not recommend this place. They charged us $63 that we didn't think was warranted. Took our screen cracked laptop to them and they said they'll check and see if screen is available, at first they'd given us a rough estimate of around $200 then later on told is it'd cost us $400...we decided to take our laptop back and to our surprise they asked us for $63 I don't understand what that's for..very unethical. We had it fixed at pitstop for only $218.

I bought a 600 GB hard drive for a computer I was working on. I installed it, downloaded a fresh copy of Windows 10, and installed all necessary drivers, assuming it was good to go. I listed it on Facebook Marketplace and sold it the next day. I then received a text from the buyer saying it was running super slow. I decided to give him a refund. When I got it back, I tested it and found that it was indeed running very slowly. Upon checking Task Manager, I saw that the hard drive was at 100% utilization. I tried everything, including disabling SysMain, but nothing worked. I even tried reinstalling Windows, but after about 20 minutes of use, it started to slow down again. What’s worse is that I paid $40 for it. I wasn't really familiar with the prices of hard drives, as I mainly use 2.5" SSDs in the laptops I sell or M.2 SSDs. I looked on eBay and saw that 600 GB HDDs sell for as little as $10 with shipping. The markup is absurd. The seller seemed nice, but charging $40 for a hard drive that sells on eBay for $10 is inexcusable. I definitely would not recommend going there; just find a different repair place to go to like Geek Squad! I understand that hard drives are much slower than SSDs, but it was at 100% utilization with just one tab open, which should not happen even with an HDD. If I had to guess, they probably upgraded someone's hard drive to an SSD and charged them to recycle the HDD, then sold it to me for $40. Absolutely disgusting. FYI, the eBay HDDs that sell for $10 are fully tested, as stated explicitly in the description. Regardless of how much testing is done, it doesn’t justify a $40 price. I also found 512GB SSDs on Amazon selling for $30 with free shipping. Although I purchased it a while ago, that doesn’t devalue my review.
