My husband and I stopped into Apple the other day to try resolving a challenge with the latest iPhone. John was very helpful in finding the problem, but the location didn’t have the necessary replacement item. Had we waited for the phone to come in and resolved the problem with John, we would have been taken care of rather quickly and I very much appreciate his expert knowledge. We opted to go to another location with the part in hand - their Genius is having us try several other things first. Impressed with John and his willingness in assisting us through from beginning to end, a bit disheartened with Apple overall in not aligning their Geniuses to provide the same customer experience outcome across locations.

Received superior customer service today from a gentleman named William. Kind, helpful, patient. Was more than willing to try to identify the issue and offer solutions. Beyond William, I have always been treated kindly and the staff has always been knowledgable. Thank you!

$29 additional charge when the $900 phone I just purchased for a Christmas gift. Reason is because I did NOT activate phone in store. RIP OFF ! Not sure if it's the right color, right phone for my daughter. Was never disclosed on the details of the phones on display either. Rotten Apple!

My experience at the Genius Bar at the Southdale Mall location in Edina, MN. was amazing. I had made an online appointment prior to going (suggested, but not necessary but you may have to wait). As soon as I arrived I was greeted by associate by the name of Preston. He was amazingly kind, patient and knowledgeable. He worked on my phone for over an hour. While the issue was not able to be resolved he was able to make an telephone appointment with the phone tech people for the next day, he also put a new screen saver on my device, picked out the right charging cords and at my request signed me up for Apple care and damage replacement, etc. If. If you see Preston, say HELLO from Amy. 🙂 Honestly, the entire staff is amazing!

Be careful of your transactions here. They have some inexperience staff that can mess up your installments and have you paying more then you would like because they did not fix the issue. If I had more time in my day for them to fix their mistake it would of been maybe a 2 star at best.
