1 hour with 2 people trying to figure out why I was losing emails from outlook. They had no idea and reverted to using fon to find answer which things I had already tried. Finally gave up with no resolution and called my email provider who in seconds knew problem. Best Buy didn’t use Pop when setting up outlook and used IMAP which deletes emails after 30 days!!! They didn’t know this!!? Now I lost important info by their mistake and had no idea???

Appointment online through Apple specifically for iPhone 13 battery replacement. Moved my schedule to accommodate said appointment. Checked in and Geek Squad Eagan ran diagnostics after 30 minutes stated they didn’t have battery in stock, no info where battery was available. Went to the back of the line for appointment at all other Geek Squad locations. Told me to go try my luck at Apple Store MOA. Apple MOA was disgusted with what I went through and replaced battery right away. Thank you Apple MOA. Today is the last day I set foot in a Best Buy/Geek Squad store.

3 hrs on line. Only got AI bot that was dumber than a box of rocks. No way to call and talk to anyone. Worse than nothing. Real score is negative 5 stars.

I had a last minute appointment at this location for an iPhone 12 Pro that needed a LCD replacement screen as it had JUST gone out a couple hours earlier in the day. If I'm going to be honest, I was about 10 minutes late but they still took me in for my appointment. I was told to sit at table 1 and Adam came to help me after a couple of minutes (no worries on waiting since I made them wait already). I explained what was going on to the best of my knowledge and he was able to let me know what they offered and what they could do in the short amount of time we had. He was able to understand me 100% and made the request to repair my phone as fast as possible in addition to explaining to me everything that was going to go on. He was also very friendly! I was informed it would be about an hour repair (I got there at 6:50PM), so I was just hanging out. Eventually, got my phone and everything looks good. I was very satisficed with the service I received as well as how fast it was able to be done! Everyone who was currently working seemed to really know their stuff and it made me feel a lot more confident on the service I was receiving! Cheers to Adam. I paid $0 as I had insurance through Verizon that covered screen repairs.

I wanted a cracked screen repair, but was made to wait a long time for a consultation. The mandatory "Diagnostic Consent Form" gives them permission to download and upload their software onto my phone and accept agreements for the same, and to access all the data and information on the phone that they want to. I am a lawyer and have client confidential information on my phone, so this was simply a non-starter. There was no way to opt out of this even if it was for a cosmetic thing like a screen crack. This seemed completely unnecessary and disrespectful to their customers' time to have to sit through this fishing expedition for any additional services or bloatware they might want to install while pawing through the phone's data. I left and got my cracked screen replaced elsewhere, having wasted the better part of an evening here.
