Edward did a fantastic job troubleshooting the problems with my computer and offering to order a replacement part for a great price. He did the work quickly and saved me from having to purchase a new computer. Great service, fair prices! Really enjoyed my experience with them.

Absolutely amazing techs, very intelligent group of people. When needing a labtop or pc repair it always feels complicated or hard to deal with. Edward, especially here at pc bits, takes 95% of all the concerns or stress easy from getting expensive items used. I had a very expensive labtop needing to be fixed. It even 15 min at this shop and they already know what's wrong it. I love this place and look forward to going back.

Not the store it used to be. Lacks customer service, kindness and respect for their customers. My computer hadn’t fixed the first time, or second time I brought it in. Refused to tell me the problem, Cussed me out and told me to leave. Computer still not working but they assure me it’s fixed. I Miss Dean

Very helpful and kind people. Called before hand and upon arrival they helped with the problem immediately. Fixed with no charge! He said it was no problem and an easy fix for him. Thanks

I took my laptop in to be assessed due to some keys not working on my palmrest. I was told that some keys burned out and that the keyboard needed to be replaced, which I was fine with. I was told that the part was ordered and that it would take a day or two to arrive. I was traveling when I dropped my laptop off so I was okay with it being held a few days (dropped it off on a Wednesday). Upon my return the following Monday, I called to get a status update (because they didn’t call at all to provide updates) and was told that the wrong part was sent and they were waiting on the correct part, which would arrive that Friday. I needed my laptop for business purposes so I picked it up that Wednesday with plans to just use a wireless keyboard with it. I called back Friday to see if the part arrived and was told they would call when it arrived. Well here we are in a new week and I have not received a call. I’ve decided to move onto a new company for my repair instead. Customer service is lacking which is not good. If they couldn’t find the correct part or didn’t have the skillset or ability to do my repair, I would have rather had them communicate that vs having me wait for nothing.
