Just want to thank you for handling the issue with efficiency and preciseness. Just to give anybody an update but basically happened was is my phone was not accepting updates from a transfer over from a different carrier. They had to go in and fix the binaries as they called them which I don't know what that means, and then they reprogrammed it to the carrier that I was currently with now it's accepting all the updates that it should. They did a real good job and it wasn't that expensive thank you again.

A lifelong nerd and Google phone owner, I was ready to toss my Pixel 9 Pro XL out the window because it was constantly crashing. They replaced the motherboard and it's better than it was new. Thank you for saving my sanity.

My phone screen broke and I had my mom drop off the phone and I'm in a wheelchair so it took me awhile to get there but when I got there my phone was all repaired. Great job guys! Such an easy way to do things. Set up everything through my AT&t app and they told me to drop it off and they billed my AT&t account so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.fast efficient and they did a great job. thank you

I went in needing a new battery and they quoted $100 for the repair. Upon further inspection the tech noticed that I also needed a new screen. I called and he told me that the repair would now be $180. I told him to go ahead and fix it because I couldn't get a new phone for $180. When my husband went to pick up the phone he was told that the screen repair was $180 on its own and the battery was $100 making the total $280. This was not clearly communicated to me. I was under the impression that the new total for the repair including battery and screen was $180. There was also no action taken to resolve the communication problem on their end.

Great work. I called uBreakiFix and they got me in the same day. With a busy family on a weekend with lots of plans they were able to get my screen replaced within 3 hours of me breaking it. I had no ability to use my phone for text or anything. Just bluetooth in my truck to make a call. Very grateful for the quick service. Hopefully I don't need to use their service again anytime soon, but they will be my go to for sure.
