Excellent service by Luke Singleton I had a piece of plastic in the charging port of my laptop and did not have a service plan. Luke spent a few minutes on it removed the piece and didn’t charge me a thing. He could have talked me into a plan or could have charged a service fee but he did not! He will have my business for any needs in the future… also very impressed by his service towards an elderly gentleman who was before me. Luke took the time to talk him through things even after explaining things a few times he was patient and courteous. 10 stars

Over $500 to repair the damaged hinge on my Dell laptop that cost less than that new 18 months go. Should have just gone elsewhere and boght a new one.

I specifically told them where to put cameras on my house and they fail to do so they failed to put the cameras where I pulled them to put them. Now I have a bunch of cameras that don't help me I hate them they literally just ignored where I told them to put cameras on my house now I have cameras they don't protect me at all

I should have known better than to come here. They tried selling me this yearly subscription. When all in all I was looking to get my hard drive replaced. They quoted me with a product that was out of stock and also never told me what labor would cost only that if I paid 189 for the year they would install it. Kinda a bogus deal.. they were friendly. But extremely over priced
