Had seen a lot of reviews of just HDMI ports being replaced, but this place does a lot more than that. Receptionist I spoke to over the phone was really nice and responsive to my issue. Dave was super kind and super informational. He opened up my PS5 in front of me and we poked around and found the cause of the issue I was having. Had my PS5 fixed in about 5 minutes, but went the extra mile and cleaned up my PS5, as well as factory reset (but still kept all my games). THANKS DAVE!

I brought in my PS5 for an HDMI swap and it was taken care of same day as well as cleaned and they informed me to keep the system laying down to keep the system functioning at max capability and to preserve longevity. Device Drop is the best repair shop I've ever been to. It's a small shop, but the owner is extremely knowlegeable and knows exactly what he's talking about. He explains every thing in detail to you with a high level of professionalism. I've just recently had my PS5 cleaned, had the thermal paste reapplied, and had my controller upgraded with magnetic joysticks. My controller and system work better than when I first bought them. He also repairs and upgrades a host of other devices and systems. I definitely recommend Device Drop to anyone looking for a shop that is run by a fellow gamer, who treats your system like it was his own. Five stars all the way, I'm definitely taking my business back whenever I need system repairs.👍

I brought in my PS5 for an HDMI repair as well as for a cleaning, and to see if they could fix the overheating issue I was having for poorly optimized games. They completely repaired the HDMI port so it no longer wiggles, the liquid metal issue pooling on the processor was fixed so now my console overheats unnecessarily, and got a full internal device cleaning. Highly recommend for timely repairs and fixes at a great price!
