Internet City Computers

I believe that I have found the best internet and computer repair shop in Michigan. I used to work in computer tech support just like them so I can say for sure that Internet City really knows what they’re doing. I see how today’s computer software and mobile devices are everywhere. The Internet is always changing and I try to keep up with all the new things they offer. I know it’s a huge challenge. I was saved by Internet City after Microsoft sent a bad code to my Windows 10 laptop. I had to dig really deep to save all the data from my computer. It took me months. I believe there’s nothing magical about it. I got really tired of all the problems with Windows so I asked Internet City to help me out. They reinstalled Windows 10 for me because I think Windows 11 is just a big mess. I'm back and ready to go! I want to say thank you to Internet City!

HP laptop screen stopped working and chatted with Steve about issues for my laptop. He gave me an overview of what he'll do and got the laptop screen working again. But ran into a bitlocker issue after the screen got replaced. I tried to input my recovery key but my laptop wouldn't go through with it even with a factory reset. Took it to Steve again and he did far and beyond to help with giving me access to the laptop. He helped reset my laptop and now it's good as new. Would go back to this location for future tech issues!

great guy/shop does things at a fair price and makes sure that everything is perfect before having you pick up. That's a lot more than I can say for commercial places like "You Break, We Fix," etc.
