Logan was extremely helpful throughout the process of fixing my screen. He was extremely kind, and quick to get the repair done. He quoted my repair at about an hour, and to my surprise 30 minutes later it was already done! Would definitely bring my business here again!

Originally went to 3 AT&T stores and Samsung customer support and all said my only option was to get a new phone. I was finally referred to UbreakIfix. The guys who helped me were soooooo nice! Explained the whole process to me and how the insurance works and how to get the best deal and outcome for my z fold 4. Had all the parts in store, only 2 hours to fix a hinge and charging port.
