Scott fixed my iPad so quickly and the price was so reasonable compared to what I expected to pay. He made sure my iPad worked and had it done within 2 hours. It was crazy to come in with a completely cracked screen and come out with a totally new and repaired one. I will be coming back for all of my families tech needs! Thank you Scott!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE Technology Solutions in Wayland. I took my phone in to see if my camera could be repaired on my iPhone 14. He did not fix my camera and shattered the back glass on my phone in the process. He told me he could not fix my camera so I took it to Apple to have fixed. Apple informed me that they could not repair the camera without also repairing the back glass. I attempted to call Technology Solutions Friday. No answer. Went to Apple Saturday. They repaired. I took the receipt to Technology solutions and he refused to cover the cost of the repair of the back glass THAT HE BROKE. Would never take another device there again. He broke more than he fixed and would not make it right.

Dropped my Galaxy Note 8 off an hour before they closed and they had my cracked screen 100% fixed in a day! Update: it's been 5 months since I got my phone screen replaced and ever since I got it replaced, my phone likes to click on it's own. Like the screen wasn't put on properly. I find myself having to restart my phone CONSTANTLY.

Originally brought in an iPhone xr for screen replacement. He managed to break 1 new screen in the process of fixing it. Took 1.5 hours in total. Then shorty after leaving we find that Face ID and raise to wake are not in working order. We bring back the phone to have them repair what they had damaged and were told there was nothing they could do. He then proceeded to tell me that I had an attitude. Kindly stick my attitude up yours

Went to the geeksquad for gpu issues and they took nearly 4 hours just to tell me that it was broken. Went to Tech Solutions and the man who worked there helped resolve my issues within an hour. Turns out it wasnt broke and worked completely fine. Highly recommend and will be my go-to for any pc issues from now on! Way more reliable than the geek squad.
