Shoutout to these guys for always being professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I go there several times a week to drop off UPS packages and ask random questions. They always treat me with respect and clearly know what they’re taking about. As far as reviews saying prices are high, the knowledge these guys have is absolutely priceless and quality parts cost more than the cheap stuff that breaks fast. You get what you pay for!

Helped us diagnose a gaming computer issue, we went to another place first but Tri- County was much more knowledgeable and helpful & we will definitely be recommending them & going to them ourselves in the future. Surprisingly honest! Took my computer in to have it diagnosed and repaired. After diagnosing the problem and getting my authorization for the repair work they were unable to fix the computer with the new pieces. After taking time to look up the issue they found that since the bios locked out the motherboard would need to be replaced by the manufacturer. Rather than charging me for repairs that didn't work they only charged a modest $20 diagnostic fee for their time and efforts. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that has computer issues, including gaming systems. They have earned my business in the future.

Had a awesome experience. Needed a specific cord for my gaming computer to work with my monitor. Words barely left my mouth and a gentleman popped out from behind something and said this here is what you need! Only $15.99. Searched Best Buy, Walmart, Staples, they all wanted to sell multiple attachments to make this one cord totaling $80 or more. So thankful for the my experience with Tri-County Computers! 😊💜
