Outstanding, courteous, professional, and fast. More so knowledgeable and accommodating. With Amazon pushing out storefronts like Radio Shack I’ve been seeking a solution in tech forums online for months to diagnose an electronics issue with a circuit board and warped capacitors. I reached out to Gigamajig “shot in the dark” being nearby. Michael spent time after hours on a Friday “unexpected” and resolved my issue in a couple of hours. So rare these days to find good quality, helpful people willing to go the extra mile! Awesome! Reached out to Mike who was able to fix my old Nintendo 3DS console within a few days, even though multiple other repair shops told me that the system was not fixable. Mike did a great job repairing my kids karaoke machine. I was at the point that I thought it was trash and he was able to bring it back to life at a very very reasonable cost. Fast and professional service at affordable price. I accidentally locked myself out of my computer and was unable to get a fresh install of windows on it, so contacted this company. Responded quickly, came up and picked up the computer, and had it back the next day running like new. Would recommend to anyone needing service done.
