This place is amazing. I am so happy to have them so close to home. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. Ed is very professional and explains everything really well. My computer was 14 years old and very outdated. He explained to me it is in by best interest to get new computer and they will transfer the data over and if needed will come to my house and connect everything. I ran to Best Buy (Ed typed up details on what type of computer I should buy) and brought them new computer, they transferred everything over and brought it to my house and connected everything the next day. I highly recommend them! Great place!

I have visited PCShards three time and have always been provided excellent service. On my first visit they were able to recover pictures from some old CDs which on my computer were unreadable. My second visit was prompted when I was trying to replace the battery in my otherwise fully functioning laptop. The last screw just would not come out and was starting to strip. Ed was able to extract it and did not charge me for this service. Sadly the new battery I purchased was bad and would not take a charge. I returned a third time to just have PCShards replace my battery. They turned my laptop around in one day after verifying the new battery's performance. It has been a few weeks now and it is operating great. I would recommend Ed and PCShards for any electronics service you may need.
