When I “accidentally” dropped my laptop and broke the hinge, I didn’t know what to do or where to go. I was referred to Paul at Wiztech by a reliable source and Paul had me bring my laptop in and he assessed the problem. Paul ordered the part and in no time had the laptop fixed and called me to pick it up. Wiztech’s repair cost was very fair. What I liked the best about Wiztech’s service is that Paul kept in contact with me to give me the status of the part delivery and when the repair would be done. I definitely will contact Wiztech if I need further help with computers down the road and will also refer Paul and Wiztech to my friends and business contacts.

I brought my computer in because my screen went dead in the middle of a data backup. I was in a panic and requested a full data recovery and was going to deal with fixing the computer later. He was able to perfectly perform the data recovery and when I came to pick it up, he was able to diagnose and fix my screen as well for a very fair price.
