Tony, Tina, and Chris were all amazing to work with! We had a computer at work that wouldn't turn on at all, and they personally picked it up and fixed it and brought it back to us, working properly! Thank you guys for your great work and quick action!! Tony even texted a day later to make sure everything was going well. Very personable and we will use them again!

I stopped in today and was happy to find a computer service center that not only knows what they are doing, but are honest about helping you out. Fadi is a great tech and really knowledgeable about computers, it doesn't matter if it's a desktop, laptop, or an operating system issue, he knows how to fix it AND he is really up front about what it will take. Great service, great turnaround. If you've got a computer problem this is the place to take it. Excellent!

Initially called, looking to use the Rochester location (closest to my house). I was advised that Eric was the expert for my brand of laptop. And he was in the Utica office, also not far from my house. I took it there and was quoted a great price and advised of the time frame for the parts order. Apparently, my laptop repair had "complications" and required more parts and labor. But they made it right, while keeping me apprised of the problems and progress! I can't say enough about their "quality first" work ethic!!! Would recommend T-Tech to any and everyone.
