I came for expertise on how to use Microsoft suite programs, and the employee that worked today 11/24/24 did not know what she was doing. She ended up making the problem worse, deleting all my class notes taken from the past 3 months. Don’t come here for technical support. Also, they need to hire more employees or not be opened.

Ashley helped me out with a problem that Verizon and other Best Buy associates couldn't. She was pleasant and professional while dealing with incompetent support technician's that gave her the run around. She went far and beyond what others had. After about eight times of going there to try to fix my computer it was sent out to the computer company. First of all, it is still not fixed and then second of all, they lost my charger because they are telling me there is no proof of it ever being sent out. So now, my computer is still not fixed and I now need to buy a new forty dollar charger that they lost. Plus, the guy at the desk, Rob, was very rude about it and dealt with it in a very disrespectful way. Never going back there again ever!!!! So disappointed.

Told me that is was going to take an hour to put a psu took them a day then said wait 3 days to find what problem is it’s been a week still no word
