It's been over 13 years since we last purchased an Apple iMac computer. So, we looked to see where there was an šŸ Apple Store. Once we located the closest store, we hopped into the car and headed there. We ended up at the Somerset Collection in Troy Michigan. Once we got a parking space, we headed inside. Wasn't as busy as we thought in the mall and once we figured out where the Apple Store was, we went there directly. No sooner did we enter the store and we were greeted by the director of the store and asked what we were looking for. We said a new iMac computer šŸ–„ļø and he said he would get someone to take care of us directly and he did. Within 2-5 minutes, Anna Belle(very good) came over to us and the rest is history. Based on her recommendations and what we wanted, we purchased a new iMac computer.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, they listened to what I needed and set me up with a new MacBook Pro for video editing and storage. No wait either time and they even suggested to make a Genius Bar appointment so I could get help transferring files over from three old devices. Highly recommend and I will return for Apple phone computer and accessory needs.

I pretty much never write reviews for anything so I think that might give some merit to what Iā€™m about to say. This was the best experience Iā€™ve had at an Apple Store ever. I went in on a random Saturday afternoon after work and the store was PACKED. I am not exaggerating when I say Iā€™ve never seen so many people inside an Apple store, aside from maybe Black Friday (literally maybe). I went in to get my screen replaced, so so so nervous because today was the only time I had available all week to do it. Despite how busy it was, I mean Iā€™m seriously talking a sea of bodies, every employee I interacted with was so extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. I dropped my phone off at 3:30 and picked it up at 5:15. There were no surprise fees, everything was explained so clearly, and we were even offered a test drive of the new VR goggles. My screen is working better than ever before & Iā€™ll be making the 50 minute drive here next time I have Apple related problems. Seriously kick ass job, everywhere I looked there were hard working smiling faces. Every employee was so respectful of every patron & coworker. I could go on! 11/10 6 stars.

I recently purchased a new MacBook Air and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Although, I didnā€™t want to purchase a new laptop I knew I had to. Luckily for me I had the pleasure of working with Micah and Brandon. Micah quickly greeted me upon entering the store and got right to work when I described to her what I was experiencing with my older MacBook Air. She jumped straight into action to locate additional chargers and begin to discuss the new options. We took the survey to determine what would best fit my needs and desires. After the survey Micah helped me to narrow down the options and pick something that Iā€™d love. She showed me the new features and explained how each of the devices were different or ā€œfan favoritesā€. After purchasing, Brandon was the tech that helped me get my files from my dinosaur device to my new device. Although the process was time consuming, Brandon checked often and explained what was consider a file in the transfer process. His shift was coming to an end, and I was worried heā€™d be clocking out. My laptop must have known because it finished up right before he was going to be heading out. He made sure all the important things were there and did a quick set up to ensure everything transferred. Iā€™m happy with my new device and happy that the experience was flawless! One of the richest companies in the world canā€™t staff their store properly. Buying a computer here is like buying a new car, where the sales guy is all nice and attentive until they have your cash. But god forbid if you need service after thae sale. Then they shove you to the back of the store and tell you to wait for hours and hours. Just buy your Apple stuff someplace else.
