Mad Mike's

I've used Mad Mike's several times when I've had computer problems, especially malware. They are the best, totally trustworthy, reasonably priced, and they get you right in. Great guys to work with. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Great service, great price, and amazing timeframe! My macbook screen got messed up pretty bad, and places like Best Buy and Apple customer service told me it would be $700-800 to fix, and that I should just buy a whole new laptop. I totally didn't have the money for this, and Mad Mikes was able to fix it for $180 (plus an additional $180 for the screen, which they gave me the info for so I could buy it myself - I assume this was to reduce the overall cost on my end, and to help lessen their workload a bit...Overall a great system!) $360 was WAY better than anywhere else I could find, and they got it fixed in one day! I 100% recommend Mad Mikes for tech fixes, especially when the big chains are quoting you a crazy price!

Had my phone hacked and asked him what I could do about it and if I could obtain some help. He claimed there was nothing you could do with a phone except track the location. You could make yourself more knowledgeable by just reading on the internet. Dude really is mad. But not in a good way

Friendly, good service. I needed a specific part for a computer I was building, a small little backplate. I didn't think anyone in Traverse would have one since its not a typical part to buy by itself, but they had it! Saved me from waiting for one from online to arrive.
