How can you sell all types of phones as a big business but only fix I phones what kinda Bs is that y'all should have the capability to do more

So before I dropped my pc off to geek squad, head quarters told me 39.99 n it will only take 15 mins to do the job so i went to drop my computer off 27th of Jan. The tech said 3 days!!! Whatever that's fine but that tech also told me it would be $180+ to do the job. Why is head quarters lying to their customers. Now I have to wait 3 days n pay 180!! So it should of been done Tuesday but the app said a tech didn't get assigned my pc until Tuesday night at 830pm. I will never go to geek squad again. Their customer service sucks!!!!!!! Mind you I still haven't got a call from them either!!!!! I'm going there after work 15 mins before they close to figure this out.

Our 6 month old laptop quit working and when I tried to call about bringing it in for repairs the robo attendant required me to log onto said laptop in order to proceed any further. Really Geek Squad? It doesn't work at all. Ridiculous that you can't call to make an appointment.

Located within the Best Buy Store, the Geek Squad has done me well, on several different occasions and I can happily say I can converse with them on a computer tech talk and specs full out and they fully understand if not know more than what I am talking about. So there is never an issue, ever. The guys there are knowledgeable and kept very busy but they make it work out in the end. They really go out of their way and I never worry about anything when it comes to these fellas.

Was very impressed overall. Last night I noticed that there was a dark spot in the same place of every photo I took with my iPhone 8 Plus. I figured out that there was a piece of dust or dirt stuck inside the camera lens. This morning I took it to the Geek Squad. They checked that they had the part in to replace the camera, and they did. I also needed a battery replacement, so they did that too. In just two hours, I had my phone back with a new camera and new battery. However, it doesn’t quite end there. Right after I left the store, I noticed that my iPhone wouldn’t connect to a cellular network. I restarted and tried everything. I went back into the store and feared the worst (that they damaged my cellular antenna during the repair), but luckily within five minutes they got my cellular back up and running. I was very satisfied with Geek Squad today. They were pleasant and professional, and completed both repairs in a timely manner. When they screwed up my cellular data, they quickly fixed it. First experience at Geek Squad; will be returning because they are an Apple Authorized Service Provider but their services are so much cheaper than Apple’s.
