5 stars! Brought in my laptop to get a RAM upgrade and the fan cleaned. Store manager Travis gave excellent service, and he upgraded my laptop the SAME DAY I brought it in. Very fast and efficient, and helpful. If you need your computer worked on, go here. Don't go to Best Buy or Circuit City or wherever. Stay local!

Had a laptop that was beaten up and the final straw was a water damaged keyboard that made it unusable. Ordered the keyboard replacement myself and brought it it. Only took one day to fix, along with the other minor damages. Price was quite reasonable for the work done. Any further work I need done will be through here and I highly recommend it to others.
