uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Called them crying because I left my phone on top of my car and drove off. It was completely shattered! Screen was mostly black glitching out with one green part showing. Stacey was very nice and optimistic. My phone was legit fixed in like 30 min then another hour to test it. Whole process was about an hour and a half! Highly recommend. There was also a gentleman in there with braces (didn't get his name sorry!) But he was super nice as well! Would definitely go in here if you need anything fixed and FAST!!!

I would definitely recommend this location! Smart and patient people work at this location! I went to the Dearborn location and they basically told me that they couldn't help me and good luck because they didn't know how to work with my Z Flip 6 and the Taylor location told me immediately that they will figure it out for me since I was being sent back and forth between the Dearborn location and Samsung. Shout out to Darrel and Stacy for the amazing customer service! I'm very grateful for their service and how they got my phone working after a week of not having a phone!

Just got home from dropping off my laptop for diagnostic/repair at the Taylor, Michigan store. Being a 68 year old young senior, understanding the process of Asurion+ is , at minimum, very challenging, at maximum, impossible. (I’m certain this is not the case for generations younger than myself) The employee behind the counter did his absolute best to explain the process, yet I was struggling to understand. Apparently, the person in the back overheard and came out to the front to help out. Her name is Ashley. She was very helpful, very kind and patient in answering my questions. She then went above and beyond in actually going online and filling in the form necessary to start the process for repair. This took a little time to do, and she remained very pleasant . I have not seen this high level of help from a store employee in a very long time. After finishing helping me, it was then I learned that Ashley is a Senior Manager of three stores. With this level of professionalism and customer concern, I can see why she is. I cannot say enough in appreciation of her help!
