Disappointed with install. Guys were arguing the entire time. Did a sub par job at best on the install and when I called to get the issue resolved I get a 12hr arrival window which means another vacation day must be used. No reimbursement for the customer in amy form was even told I may have to pay for them to come back out. Best Buy Do Better!

Dakota took great care of me when i brought in the laptop i had bought for my brother. The track pad was out, and doing this process he had 3 different costumers come to him and ask for things, while managing my repair he also helped them. I was in and out due to his efficiency and great repair skills.

DeAndre was an excellent tech for us. He was very helpful and personable. What I really liked was he didn't rush and explained how things work and what we need to do. If he was given a letter grade, it would definately be an A+.

Geek squad fixed my modem. I called several times for the next five days to see if it was fixed yet. Geek squad claimed they called to advise it was fixed on April 1. There was no record on my phone that they called or left a message. They fixed it but would have been nice if they had called. Funny that when I called, the automated response from Geek was that they were still working on getting it assigned to a tech for repair. Not acceptable.

Absolute terrible service. I've had 3 experiences. 1 my computer had a virus. They told me had to pay 120 bucks to clean it off. A month later I get a notification that that my geek squad protection ran out. All of the same viruses were back. They just stored it. 2. I bought a gaming keyboard. Asked if it is compatible with my ps4. They said yes. It doesn't work and wouldn't even plug in. They refused to take it back. 3. I called support and asked if they fix controllers. Word for word the person told me " yes we do. Come in and we will give you an estimate." Drive 30 mins to get their and they tell me that they don't fix controllers that the only thing they could do was give me a new controller if I had geek squad protection. Even though the website clearly states it doesn't have to be purchased from their. Never dealing with them again
