He was also very accommodating and quoted a super quick turn around time so that I would not be inconvenienced without my device for very long at all!! Amazing hospitality by Joseph was able to help me with my verizon warranty exchange. I was frustrated with my phone malfunctioning but Joseph took the time to get me to the right department over the phone with verizon in order to make sure I was specking with the right person. Also helped verify my issues to customer service and had a successful transaction. I left the store happy!
