The first thing I did was message the store through Google, asking how much an internal battery supply fix would cost. They responded saying to give their store a call. A few days later I call, asking how much the repair would cost. The person responded telling me "How do you know it's the power supply?" I told him "Well I know it's not the power cable, because it works with my ps3, and there is no blue light, no beep". He responds "Well we can diagnose it for free, do you know where our store is". I did as I used Google to call, but I was a work so I told him I would have to stop by another day. I visited the shop on Wednesday 07/22/2020 around 4pm. (This is during COVID) Masks are required in store. I filled out my name, phone number, and address on a sheet he gave me, and handed him my ps4, again telling him I believed it was the power supply. He told me it would be at least a couple of days. Saturday evening I get a call saying the issue was the power supply and apparently the HDMI was broken. He said it would be ready in a couple of hours, but I told him I'd pick it up Monday afternoon. He told me it would be $120 for the repair, and normally it would be more expensive, but they are being more lax because of COVID. Now knowing the HDMI ports cost around $10 and the power supplies costing around $50-60, I was a bit hesitant to say okay, but I thought it would have been better than me messing it up. Monday 07/27/2020, I pick up my ps4 at 4pm, paying $120 + $7 tax for the repair and drive home. I plug in my ps4 and it doesn't turn on. I call after I find this out and he told me to bring it back in when I can and this time with the power cord. As I stated earlier, I already know that's not the issue, as I checked it again yesteeday to make sure it still works. Upon closer inspection I noticed they also broke off my power button (as shown in photo). Make sure to get the receipt, because it says refunds are invalid without them. They do offer free repairs within the month of fixing it if it ever breaks or fails. I went in today and they said the power button was the issue. He was very polite in trying to help me and show me that it now works. He tried this best job at fixing a bad first impression. Not sure what happened to the power button, but glad they fixed it fast and right there. As with anything else, I always suggest to check if it works when you get it back

Great value and quick service. I gotta say, I wasn’t a fan at first. I brought in my iPhone X for screen repair and they fixed it relatively fast. It was all good until hours later when the touch screen stopped working. This happened twice. Fortunately, the customer service was surprisingly good and they helped me every step of the way. No extra charges. It’s been a month or so now and my phone is still working good. I’d go back!

Thank you so much for the quick fix on my Xbox series X. My HDMI port decided to stop working a day before Christmas! Andy was committed to help me get it fixed on the same day and I was so appreciative of that because every other store told me 3-5 days just to get the part in. They had the part in stock and they were able to fix it on Christmas Eve! I was so happy that I called this location. Thank you so much it’s been over a week now and no problems at all!!

Was super happy with the reasonable price to replace my cracked iPhone screen and how super quick it was. But a few days later and something about it is just off. Since then they have reached out to me and said I could bring it back in. They replaced the screen while I stood there and now it works great. I am very happy with the service.
