We recieved great service. Dawn was extremely helpful. The technician, Louie, was experienced and knowledgeable. Our Samsung TV went out and they were able to get us back up within a couple weeks which is reasonable due to the parts needed and complexity of the repair. I moved here not too long ago and kept driving by this place. Took some powered speakers to get repaired was told it would be a few days to get them looked at but they called me the next business day which was unexpected. Quoted me a really high price (more than a new speaker) so I decided to not go through with the repair. Maybe the tv repair is more reasonable as it’s what they specialize in.
