Fast turnaround on a new motherboard install on my notebook. Pricey, but not outrageous. Staff was helpful and personable. Will continue to use when needed.

Worst electronic repair shop I've ever had the displeasure of utilizing. Broke my phone every time I brought it there, wouldnt take accountability, and were very unknowledgable. I had to bring it to them roughly a dozen times just for a single screen to be replaced. They have a sketchy dropbox that was locked on me 3 times when I tried dropping off causing me to be late for work. I paid for OEM and they installed aftermarket without telling me until I confronted them about it. They tried to play it off as them doing me a favor, and eventually refunded my money and reinstalled my original equipment because I wasnt satisfied with their workmanship and repair quality. I should have known better because my brother got his laptop battery replaced there and they didn't know what battery they were installing and left screws out after the repair. **Edit after owner response** I took my phone to FixZone in the 409 N Marketplace Blvd Walmart last weekend and they fixed it for me while I watched and had it done in 25 minutes with no problems other than fixing New Looks faulty repair. It turned out to be the best electronic repair place I've used. He showed me all of the glue that these guys used on my phone and the screws and the 4G/Bluetooth receptor in my phone that they covered with glue almost causing it to become damaged. They got the glue into my speaker as well. They do backyard repairs at this place, don't be fooled.
