While the sales reps I spoke to were perfectly friendly and knowledgeable, they were misleading about how the Asurion+Home, or whatever it’s called, works. They said it was $30 to buy the subscription, and if they couldn’t fix the device it would be replaced. I paid, they couldn’t fix the device, and only at this point was I informed I needed 2 months of the subscription to qualify for the replacement. This was not disclosed at the time of payment, even after I repeated what the rep told me because it sounded too good to be true. I feel like I set $30 on fire, as the repair couldn’t be completed and I was stuck with a subscription and no other broken devices. So, I wouldn’t consider recommending the service to anyone.

I went there yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Jacques. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My phone had a cracked screen and Jacques not only repaired it but also explained the process clearly, ensuring I understood the work being done. What stood out most was his friendly and patient demeanor he answered all my questions without hesitation and even gave me tips on maintaining my phone to avoid future issues, I had a good experience. My experiences with ubreakifix was awesome each time. I appreciated all of the info that the young men gave me each time. They explained it so clearly each time that a child would've understood. They approach you with the warmest hellos. They draw you in with each word which has a calming effect. They suggested items and add one that would benefit me. Best of all was the timing of the repair service. Thank you so much for such overall excellent service. I definitely recommend their services.

I'm disabled and was able to get In and out, I had a Screen Protector put on they do all my Screen Protectors and can't tell It on there (look Ma No Bubble's 😂) The staff was great 👍🏽

Definitely solved my issue like it was nothing. My ZFold got ran over, and even though I easily replaced it that same day, it was impossible to transfer everything from phone to phone... 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ until I found ubreakifix! They got everything switched over with no problem. Now I'm back to business!
