Lou was very friendly. Came to my home to work on my computer because of a scam that happen to me the day before. Lou put some free stuff on my computer to help protect it from sammers and some others things that I need for my job. Lou is polite, is reasonably price and he came across to me as trust worthy and honest. I recommend Lou highly to work on your computer.
