I began my relationship with Ability PC as a vendor providing merchant services ( credit and debit card processing) decades ago. I've also been very pleased to use them for technical reasons and have purchased equipment from them for decades as well. Pat provides top notch service, is very honest and reasonably priced.

We bought our desktop computer in 2013 from Ability PC. It went in once for cleaning in 2015. Yesterday I took it in after ten years of service because it would not start properly. I got it back today and fully expect to get another ten years from this machine. I am so glad I found this place!

I would highly recommend. I was having problems with my computer, Pat quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the hard drive, and I got my computer back the next day. Prices was very reasonable. He went above and beyond to help me, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend him!

Amazing service and expertise from Pat! I came in with a problem at 8am and he had it fixed minutes later. While Pat went through the BIOS with me he found a few bottleneck points I had never considered before and installed a new part he had in stock to remedy this within an hour of me dropping my tower off. This will be my pc store/repair shop for life, microcenter is leagues behind in service and expertise!!
