Global Mobile

So, I took my Motorola Edge (2022) phone in to get screen repaired. Was met by Gracie, who was super nice and easy to talk to. Was told that it would cost under 200.00 to get parts and fix. Parts took 4 days, but that was due to weather. Had screen replaced, and was super happy. Other issues came up, but they fixed those also and was quite helpful. Overall, I'll definitely go back to them to get my phone fixed. Worth the price and wait. Highly recommend this place.

I’m taking the time to re-write my review because we just had a great experience with Global Mobile. When we first went in to get the back of our IPhone 12 replaced we had horrible customer service, and when we got the phone back 6 hours later it was very messy, not placed correctly, and the flashlight was broke. I called back the next day and talked to Gracie. She was amazing and very nice. Her and the owner worked together to get our phone fixed right away. They replaced the whole body of our iPhone 12 for free in 2 hours. I would recommend global mobile to anyone needing their phone fixed. They made us feel heard, and they listened to our concerns. They did everything they could to make it right even though it was never their personal mistake.

I just recently came to get my phone fixed because my screen was going out. It was green and black. It wasn’t water damage it was something with the top of my iphone and I have the 14. At&t couldn’t help me and I was out of luck to get a new phone without insurance but Global Mobile fixed my phone in about 15-20 minutes and I was shocked. I will definitely recommend for repairs. I been here for my old apple watch also the screen popped off and they put it right back on. Also, their prices are good too.

THEY WERE AMAZING! I brought in an IPad 2…. Not thinking it was repairable. They took about 3 days to fix the screen, battery and boot loop issue. It’s running better than ever now!!! Definitely go to them with any phone trouble and they will help you out

I went up there to get my battery in my Iphone X replaced, they were very nice people! I did not get anyones names but the guy who replaced it had shattered my screen on accident in the process and they replaced my screen too at an awesome price, they were quick too about 20-25 mins! I will come back here if i ever need anything else repaired, great place! Thanks you guys 😄
