Had them try and fix an issue on my computer remotely and completely locked me out. Now nothing works on my computer.... My computer is only 1 day old and it is fried because of them I will never do business with them again 2000$ completely wasted. If I could I would give them zero stars ... Hire people that know what they are doing!

Few if any technicians! I had to reschedule 3 times and after nearly two weeks, I’m still needing my desktop serviced! They were polite however and refunded me at no cost each time… 3 chances, mind you! But I could have had a tech sooner! That’s why they they did get 2 stars…

I will never buy anything from Best Buy again my experience was awful. You can’t talk to the actual store anymore where you purchased the item unless you go to the store. After talking to 3 different customer support people and also being disconnected 2 times. I told them I wanted to talk to a supervisor and I was told I couldn’t. So there was nothing they could do for me. I ask for a survey and they would not provide me with one.
