uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I brought my phone in for a cracked screen repair and a protective screen because I’ve been here before with no problems n very satisfied. However on this visit, I was told they were selling a more durable screen protector that cost $20 but they had a deal going for only $10 dollars so I bought this screen protector that they boast about and had my cracked phone fixed. Within a week I dropped my phone n thought only the screen protector cracked but when I peeled off the screen protector, it ended up being a cheap flimsy piece of plastic, so I got totally ripped off! Also I was told I needed a new battery for my phone but that wasn’t true either, as I was told on another visit to this store by a different associate that I didn’t need a new battery but the problem with my phone not charging properly was I needed the charging port replaced. So I really did not appreciate being lied to about a cheap flimsy screen protector and being told I needed a new phone battery when both these repairs were a false scam!

I was super impressed with the techs! They were kind, courteous, and truly professional from the moment I walked into the store. They were phenomenal! And, I had a chance to stand at the counter just verifying all my data was transferred and he was like this to everyone who walked into the store. I was super impressed. Plus, ALL of my data was transferred despite the fact my phone was crushed and bent. Thanks for the awesome experience and for getting all my data on my new phone! They were a Godsend!

I came in because I was having trouble with my phone service. I just couldn’t get my phone to work outside of WiFi. Trevor did a couple quick things with my SIM card, reset my phone and it began working perfectly. He didn’t even charge me for his time. I was taken care of quickly and given some good advice on how to solve the problem myself in the future. 10/10. 5 stars. Would recommend to a friend any day. This is the place you want to go for your first stop with any electronic issues.

These guys stick to the schedule, and the did a flawless job. When I came to pick it up (screen repair), they said they were doing testing. Then they said that while they were doing testing, they noticed a smudge on one of the camera lenses, so they took it apart again to clean it, and that they were doing testing again. That tells me these guys are thorough. They don't just slap it back together to get you out. Well done, indeed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
