T-Tech Solutions LLC (Rochester)

Lat week I had occasion to visit T-Tech with a laptop problem. I was greeted by Chris who, after a quick look, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Not only that, but he then led me through a step-by-step tutorial as to how he did it. He also provided me with additional tips on how to maintain my machine. This was all done in a very friendly and knowledgeable way. Great experience! Thanks, Chris.

I was having an issue with my custom built PC and was looking for a place to go for a diagnostic and came across T-Tech solutions. I gave them a call to see if I needed an appointment and Chris answered the phone told me to come on by the same day to drop off my PC. I explained my situation and he got to work. I got a phone call about 2 hours later with a resolution and Chris explained what he tested and told me what caused the problem and how I could fix it. Overall a very good experience. Super helpful, super friendly and would highly recommend anyone to go here if they are having issues with their computer!
