Staples is a friendly, comfortable place. On my last visit, the clerk not only helped me with the app on my phone, but gave me some pointers on saving money with certain purchases. When I'm there, I have never failed to feel that they are suggesting ways that will benefit me and are not just selling products. There's never any pressure to buy anything.

A great place to do gift shopping! I found really nice stocking stuffers too!!! The staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The customer service is stellar! When you visit, take the time to meet the best Staples Manager of the region.

Very friendly staff. Especially Evan who assisted me in purchasing a desk chair. He was super knowledgeable and helpful, even assisted me in loading the assembled chair into my car.

Went to Staples at 4:50pm Sunday 11/24 just to drop something off & the door was locked. Someone came out of the store so I could get into the lobby, but girl said "we're closed"! Sign clearly said open until 5 and prior to getting into the lobby I called (no one answered) and the recording also said open until 5.
