Friendly, fast, and fair price! I use my computer daily for school and was worried that I would be without my computer for several days. Jesse got my laptop issue diagnosed and the part ordered shortly after I dropped it off to him. Great communication! I was kept up to date on everything. Jesse even went the extra mile and called me to make sure that I knew the hours on the day that I wanted to pick up my laptop so that I didn’t accidentally show up while he was out in a call. My Mac's screen started flickering and acting very strange. I called Merlex Computer Repair and Jesse new right away that the screen needed to be repaired. I dropped it off that same day and he immediately ordered what was needed. Up front I knew what the cost would be and thought it to be very reasonable. A couple days later it was done and he spent an additional 1/2 hour having to help reset my password. When I told him I must owe him additional money for his help, he said that no additional cost would be added. If you're having issues with your computer, trust Merlex Computer Repair to fix it quickly and fairly.
