BEWARE. My laptop was sent out for a screen hinge repair. Upon receiving it back after repair, it was apparent that something was botched as my screen flickered and went in and out. Sent it out again to have the issue corrected. I was sent a repair estimate, spoke with many reps who agreed that the repair shouldn’t cost me anything and should be corrected. Now I’m being told that there’s mysterious liquid damage and the “repair” estimate was for just about what I paid for the laptop new. The laptop is less than a year old and conveniently, this is not covered under my warranty. SCAM. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy their devices at ANY Best Buy, and most certainly don’t trust them with repairs, you’ll probably get your device back in worse condition.

You literally can’t talk to anyone if you call their number. They have one of the most obstructive automated voice systems in existence. You will NOT be able to reach anyone for even a simple question. I will not be giving my business to this company anymore since they can’t even hire someone to pick up the phone and instead they waste 20-30 minutes of the customer time just to find out if they offer a simple service.

I use my Outlook client to manage 10 various email accounts. My main account stopped sending emails. I contacted the Geek Squad. The first rep couldn't help so she/he transferred me to Agent Kannamala. The agent worked on the problem for about 20 minutes calling me twice during that time. I watched him delete my gmail account and then try to reinstall it manually. It was obvious he was having trouble. Then, all of a sudden, he terminates the session. No call. No email. Nothing. Then, I get an email from Best Buy saying "Today I ensured your Outlook fully functional and up-to-date". Now, NONE of the email accounts in my Outlook client work. I tried to get a manager but anther rep said that would take hours........I'm going to look for another support service.

I had an amazing experience today! “Customer service like it used to be”. I worked with Mark on the phone to schedule an appointment and then in person to fix my Asus laptop as it wasn’t getting online and experiencing other issues. Although I ran very late- he was more than friendly, serious, and professional - everything you’d want when you turn over your private files. He worked extremely hard to find the issue, and finally did. While he was in the back room I had the pleasure of meeting Drew who was extremely passionate about repairing and fantastic with customer service. He spoke to just about everyone and constantly checked in to see whether or not everyone was happy and being taken care of. Although the store was closing - they wouldn’t let me leave until they knew I was content that my laptop functioned properly. Will be back very soon for other items.

I made an appointment to get my screen repaired on my phone. While making the appointment it asked what type of service I needed and what type of phone I had. It accepted the appointment no problem. I tried calling the store around 10 times to confirm that they had the screen in stock and no one answered any of the calls. Finally my appointment came around and when I arrived the moment the associate saw my phone he said "oh we don't have that screen in stock" I told him that I specified what kind of screen I needed when I made the appointment and his response was "yeah, sorry our website sucks", I said I tried calling the store 10 times and no one answered and his response was "yeah our phone system sucks too" I didn't even know how to respond at that point. They wasted my time and didn't offer any solutions at all. If you need your phone repaired I'd recommend going anywhere else.
