Took phone in for cracked back. During repair they cracked the back they were trying to put on and my flash and speaker stopped working. To their credit they did replace the broken flash that got damaged during their attempted back replacement. After 2 weeks of attempting to get the speaker fixed and back replaced due to their negligence, they couldn’t understand why the speaker didn’t work nor could provide me a date the speaker part would be available I gave up and took my phone to another repair shop. It was fixed within a couple hours. It appeared that the speaker and battery were damaged due to being ‘poked’ during The Phone Clinic’s repair and both had to be replaced along with the back.

Affordable alternative to being sucked into buying a new phone. Mom & Pop local franchise that repairs little glitches in phones. Verizon doesn't repair and wanted to either put me in a higher priced plan or pay for a new phone I didn't need for just a minor speaker issue. Phone Clinic replaced speaker for minimal $62 charge and all is well.

I’m so happy I went to this phone repair shop. They did what Apple themselves weren't able to do. I thought I lost all my data on my old phone, but Martin was able to bring it back to life and make sure my data was securely transferred to my new phone. I’m thrilled with their service!

If I could give negative stars I would. When replacing my sisters phone screen they hit one of her antennas and she now has to buy a NEW PHONE because it’s completely useless now. They wont refund her she spent $600 at this store. When telling the manager her issues with the phone she was giving gross attitude. This wasn’t her first time getting her screen replaced by this store because the first time they sold her a low quality screen when she payed for a high sensitivity one, thinking she wouldn’t notice. People running this store are absolutely messed up. My family, friends or coworkers will never ever come here now.
