My computer crashed and unfortunately I did not have it backed up. As a result, I contacted Quick Teks to see if perhaps they could assist me in getting my information back on my working hard drive. I spoke with owner Owen who immediately dispatched Andrew to my residence. I explained to Andrew what exactly occurred when I lost my hard drive data. He took my desktop with him and began working on my hard drive. Owen followed up with a price quote and didn't pressure me into making a decision immediately and even said if I was not interested in having the work done the only expense I was responsible for was the diagnostic fee. We negotiated a price to have Andrew go to work on my data retrieval. After several days of work Andrew completed the job. I was informed about the outcome from the first day and I was satisfied with the final outcome. I would recommend Quick Teks to anyone in a similar situation to mine. Owen and Andrew were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Quik Teks for a job well done.

These guys are fantastic. Worked with Andy and he knows his stuff. I've built my own PCs in the past and do my own IT stuff but these guys are way above my level. Was able to recover data from fried MB and SSD. Rates were super low and they come to your house at your convenience. WOW!!!
