I would highly recommend anyone experiencing broken screen or phone issues to come here. This was a first time experience for me. Dom(chill guy)quoted me a couple days because they needed to order a part in. I was totally fine waiting, but he called me within a few hours to pick up the phone. I was told the owner brought the part from his additional store they have. My phone was fixed with a brand new screen within hours of giving it to them.. They truly are going above and beyond for their customers. The price was better than the few places I called in Grand Rapids as well. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. I will be back, and they will always be my most recommended place for repairs.. Easy to say why they are the best in this area. You guys are AMAZING!

They use really cheap screens. My iPhone 12 mini is on like it’s fifth screen replacement. It has a really good OtterBox case but just looking at the screen wrong will break it. If you have a blow dryer and the tools I would recommend doing it yourself save a lot of money.

I have a PS5 and have owned it for about 3 years, I knew after owning it and 2 cats for that same amount of time that I would need to bring it in for a deep clean and I was not disappointed. Everyone is SO kind and attentive, making sure to answer any and all of my questions upon checking in, they also let me know that it could be a day or two turn around depending on their work load. However, to my surprise, they called me an LESS THAN AN HOUR later and told me it was ready!!! My PS5, family and I thank you! She’s running NOTICEABLY quieter and smoother and the price was more than reasonable. Brought in my laptop that I was having issues with and DJ took a look at it. I am not sure what kind of voodoo he did on it but it is working fine now and did not charge me a penny. If you have any computer problems I recommend bringing it to Crashmasters. Very helpful and nice people working there.
