I can’t say enough about this team! My hard drive was fried. Another company told me that they couldn’t even see anything on it - that I lost everything (including baby and family pictures and years of videos). It would cost me over $1000 for them to send it away to possibly retrieve my data. I was devastated! I brought my laptop up to Quick Tech Solutions that same day to see if they could help me. They IMMEDIATELY looked at my laptop. In the end, they were able to recover EVERYTHING and at a fraction of the cost and at a fraction of the time. They also updated my laptop for me. They were extremely professional, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and fast!! I highly recommend them. Their level of customer service is top-notch! I can’t thank them enough for being able to recover my files and years of memories!!! Quick Tech will be my first call/visit for future tech issues without a doubt.

My computer was on its last legs so I purchased a new one from another store. I took it to QuickTech Solutions to have them transfer files from my old computer to my new one. Andy waited on me and came across as very knowledgeable and professional. He even took time to explain some of the features on my new computer, even though I didn't purchase it from him. He also advised me that the anti-virus software that the salesperson from the other store said I needed, wasn't necessary. I was able to return the software and that saved me $50. I would highly recommend QuickTech Solutions. They were reasonably priced, and completed the work in a timely manner. Thanks again Andy for a job well done!

I came in because my laptop would not start up windows, it was unusable. I used it as a work computer and told them how important my files were to me. They backed it up for me without a per/GB pricing method that can make the bill over the top. They saved me at least $100, fixed my computer perfectly, ran everything up to date, and now it runs smoother than ever. They also physically cleaned it thoroughly without me asking. Will definitely come back here for all my PC needs. Do not use geeksquad as they just want to sell you their products as their priority, this place cares about your concerns, very friendly and welcoming

I went in for a shattered laptop screen and loose hinges - the service was prompt, professional, and communication between the employees and I was great. They called whenever something changed or came up. When I received my laptop the screen and hinges were fixed. Although there are finger prints left on the bottom of the screen in a substance that resemble super glue that seem to be permanent. But the best part about this place is their customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about going beyond expectations to set themselves aside from other computer repair places. They're quick to address issues and are happy to make it right.
