Just picked up my laptop from Mike the Computer Guy. He identified the likely problem over the phone, sent me a link to order the part (nice and easy!), and scheduled my fix. The part (a fan) came in sooner than expected and he was able to fix my laptop ahead of time. I am thrilled that I decided to go with a cheap repair versus replacing my laptop (and glad to not throw it into a landfill) ~ I would recommend Mike The Computer Guy!

Mike was absolutely amazing! My computer had the blue screen of death. I called Mike and he told me to bring in the computer and repaired it same day! He texted me questions about files so that he could ensure everything was repaired exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend Mike. Prices very affordable and fair.
