the Computer Shop is absolutely amazing! My computers power source caught on fire...sparks, smoke and an incredibly foul odor was spewing from the back of my custom built desktop...this was at Noon on Monday....I called them with little hope of saving any of it....by 4 pm the same day...my puter was back to her former glory. Very reasonably priced and the best customer service a frantic person could ever expect. Thank you Shirley!

Lauren that works here went far above and beyond to fix my computer. It was an old computer running windows 98 that had crashed. She spent a stupid amount of time making sure it was fixed and even made a clone of my hard drive so we can try to put the software on a newer computer at some point. I can not say enough good things about this place if you have a computer and you need it work done, this is the place you need to come. I am thoroughly impressed. It is rare to see this kind of customer service nowadays.

Hands down the best service I have had in town! Very nice and friendly workers. I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello. After spilling coffee on my computer they helped me clean it out and let it dry by tearing it apart. Got it back and they did great. Thank you so much for the help!

Got a good deal here on a new computer. They also seem to be very knowledgeable, more so than some of their "competition" when it comes to knowledge about problems with your computer. Their charges for service as also reasonable for the services they provide. I don't hesitate in recommending this business for anything you need in the line of computers and/or service.

Lauren is a whiz ! She solved my printer/computer interface issue in less than 15 min. then helped me with my phone and gave me a free printer cable. She will be getting all my future computer work !
