I have had two schedule delivery appointments. I had to leave work on both days only for the delivery driver to never attempt to make the delivery. They keep offering to reschedule stating no one was home. There are cameras around my home and ring doorbells at every entry. Geek Squad Bryan never showed up on any scheduled date. I still don’t have my appliance and they are trying to reschedule me now. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bought a brand new washing machine with warranty and at malfunction after 6 month. Try to set up appointment through Geek Squad to have someone look at it nobody ever showed up called they have no record of anything totally waste of my time. Throwing the brand new washing machine out to the curb and going to a local appliance store to do my shopping for now on

The geek squad employee that "helped me" was a bit narcissistic. He did a great job of making me feel stupid. After all that, I didn't end up getting my phone fixed and he took my screen protector off without having the replacement in store. I left with a naked phone and am having troubles getting the lifetime replacement actually sent to my house.

It did take almost a week to get them out. However, they were very careful not to track in anything from outside. Also, after telling me that the TV couldn't be repaired, they looked up equivalent ones that were on sale.

If you get a insurance plan, Its a joke. I was told I would have to pay more than my phone was worth to get it replaced, I bought it for $50 after they messed up on my original phone when it was about $110 with no discounts, I thought that was awesome! Then I dropped my phone and went to use the plan and was told it would be almost $50 to replace it and they wont even attempt to repair it. I will never buy a geek squad plan again, waste of my time and money. I get why a deductible has to be charged (New phone comes out, and an "Accident" happens, Rendering the old phone unrepairable and then someone gets a nice new phone for just about nothing .) but please bring it up when buying the plan.
