Went to see what was wrong with my iPhone 14 Plus charging port, Very nice young lady cleaned it out and it worked fine. I was willing to pay for it but she said no charge. Excellent service I give her more than 5 stars. Thank you!

Would give them zero stars if I could. Do not get your phone screen replaced at this place. They bent my phone, which caused issues with the bew screen not working correctly. (I'd assume they did this by attempting to get the old screen out) When I brought it back the following day, the lady told me that I caused the bend in my phone by, in her words, "probably keeping your phone in your back pocket". 😒 Never had I ever. And, not to mention, why was that not noted anywhere when the phone was brought there and with them for all those days? Not only did I throw away $200 on a wasted screen replacement but I was also now left having to replace my entire phone. Don't be like me and have to count several hundred dollars in losses because you decided not to go somewhere else. Go to crashmasters. I wish I had.

Stopped by to get my husband's phone unlocked. I barely had my problem out and they had my problem fixed. This was after waiting an hour at a different store and was told we can't help you. Another repair shop recommended Ace Communications. The service was amazing. I won't be wasting my time again, anymore phone issues will have me at Ace!

The clerk there put in a new power button for my Galaxy S9 for free! I did not ask his name but thank you so much. You saved my day. :) Also a suggestion: I did call and leave a VM and a text about my issue and nobody called or texted back so I decided to drive up there. And I'm glad I did. The free power button makes this place 5 star and it was worth driving up there. You saved me from alot of trouble. You are a godsend. :) Other places were going to charge me $70 for the part. If I decide to get the back case replaced I will go here. I don't know how else I can repay you. :) - Emily S
