The guy i worked with was great. The prices he had originally quoted me was a lot less than other places, sadly after looking at my switch, we decided that repairs were not worth it. I then had him do some work on my computer, he basically rebuilt the entire thing, and did a great job. He found the issue and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to fix it!
