I placed an order for business cards Allison wasn't sure, also checked with someone to see what the thought. Turns out my layout was very bad. Rather than just printing them, she called and gave me the opportunity to correct my errors. I can't say enough good things about her customer service, or the experience I had with this store!

I have had nothing but problems with this locations Print and Marketing services for the past couple of years, since the manager, Jenny, left. I have given them grace and patience but I have met my limit. The people in this department are incompetent at their jobs, they have no idea of the services they provide and no knowledge of basic materials. And on top of their lack of knowledge, they are incredibly unhelpful, truly the worst customer service I have received. They do not communicate, and left me without any type of reply for over a week, and I had to reach back out for any type of response. This is not just a singular occasion, this has been the case for years now. Please do yourself a favor and find these services anywhere else.

I cannot say when I've seen better customer service Grace and Lynn - the only two Staples associates on duty on this recent Sunday afternoon - were truly astounding with the handful of us who were there less than an hour before the store was closing for the day! Beyond kind and extremely helpful, truly. And we, the customers, all seemed to be especially needy! What a pleasure to witness exceptional customer service.

Went today for a planner and the first person told me they are all right here! Which I couldn’t believe smh so yup he lied, then proceeded to check out and wait for the man employee to be on the phone for at least 5 mins while kids and I stood there! This is the worst customer service in my life! I will not do business at this staples again! If that guy was the manager he should be fired! I am sorry but you cannot run a store like that and expect high dollar results! You will lose more money in this store! It was a joke! Long time customer and I will not spend another dime in staples as long as I live ! I have 6 children as well so you guys just lost a lot of money!

Can tell they were short staffed. Stock not put on shelves yet. Employees were very nice and polite.
