Derek is amazing. He has helped me more times than I can count with my old PC's and new PC's. He comes to your home and picks it up and delivers it to you when it's done. He will help you set up your preferences once he delivers it and makes sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. Derek’s Computer Repair is an absolute necessity if you have a computer and from time to time you find yourself in need of some help to either download a program that doesn’t seem to work for you, or you have tried to change a portion of a program that is not working as you expect!. I have somehow at one time lost everything that was on my H/P MS 11 Computer. Some things that were 20 years old, but stored on various programs. I was quite upset that I had lost some very important documents. I sent a text to Derek explaining what I had done. He was here the next day to pick up my wreck! After 2/3 days he called me and said that he was able to recover the entire computer! If you need the simplest bit of help to what I just described, you one day will be looking up Derek’s website. You won’t be disappointed!
